LaDOS and AfriEuro Links

A digital operating system built around real decisions and evidence.

LaDOS supports Labl Farms and Labl Fashion workflows. It connects field services, GIS, weather, traceability, quality, commerce, payments, ESG evidence, research and circularity without replacing farmer rights or accountable human decisions.

Labl digital and evidence ecosystem
Capability portfolio

Eight connected layers.

The architecture is modular, offline-capable, privacy-aware and provider-neutral. Each capability must solve a defined operational, market, evidence or risk problem.

Operations

AI-supported workflows

Crop and delivery forecasts, agronomy and weather prioritisation, anomaly detection, buyer matching and accessible knowledge support. High-impact decisions remain human-approved, explainable and appealable.

Spatial intelligence

GIS and environmental mapping

Consented mapping of plots, clusters, soils, water, erosion, biodiversity, land cover, wildlife interaction, infrastructure and weather-data gaps. Precise personal locations are restricted.

Transaction integrity

End-to-end traceability

Participant, plot, season, service, input, harvest, receiving, weight, grade, lot, custody, processing, product, invoice, payment and approved-claim records.

Disclosure readiness

ESG measurement

Governance, strategy, risk, metrics and targets covering soil, water, biodiversity, climate, labour, farmer economics, payments, grievances, data and partner performance.

Evidence systems

Climate-finance readiness

Mapped baselines, additionality, methodologies, monitoring, uncertainty, verification and transparent benefit sharing. Climate and carbon revenue are not assumed before legal and contractual qualification.

Value retention

Circular bioeconomy

Traceable routes for fibre, cottonseed, approved oilseeds, food crops, plant-dye biomass, clean residues, packaging and product-return feedback with Labl Fashion and qualified processors.

Settlement

Mobile money, gateways and banks

Integration with all authorised mobile-money services, licensed payment gateways and approved banking services. Controls include beneficiary verification, maker-checker approval, callbacks, reconciliation, reversals and disputes.

Climate intelligence

Weather data integration

Government and qualified partner station observations, forecasts and advisories, with source, issue time, spatial relevance and uncertainty. New stations require a documented gap, calibration and maintenance plan.

LaDOS, CEOS and AfriEuro Links interoperability diagram
Independent but interoperable

LaDOS, CEOS and AfriEuro Links have different accountabilities.

LaDOS is the operating system for the Labl agriculture and farm-to-fashion ecosystem. CEOS is Crostar Energy's separately governed operating system. Approved data may move through documented APIs, shared taxonomies, consent and data-sharing agreements.

AfriEuro Links begins as the shared programme, interoperability and market-linkage layer. It is designed to transition into a global marketing, discovery and commercial-intelligence platform that presents approved products, suppliers, capabilities and evidence to responsible markets.

  • No unrestricted common database
  • Role-based access and audit logs
  • Human approval for consequential decisions
  • No unlicensed custody of participant funds
  • Offline-first farmer and field workflows

Technology governance

Technology must follow purpose, law, contract and farmer rights. Labl Farms will minimise data collection, define owners and retention periods, conduct risk and privacy assessments, test cybersecurity, preserve source and confidence, and maintain incident and corrective-action processes.

AI boundaries

  • No autonomous approval or denial of farmer participation, credit, insurance, grants or payment.
  • No hidden quality rejection or pricing decision based solely on a model.
  • Human review, reason codes and accessible appeal for consequential outputs.
  • Bias, accuracy and performance monitoring by geography, group and relevant participant category.

Payment boundaries

  • Participant choice among available authorised providers.
  • Verified beneficiary details and controlled changes.
  • Separation of instruction, approval, release and reconciliation.
  • No representation that Labl Farms is a bank, gateway or deposit-taking institution.
